TinDrop acts as a technology platform facilitating transactions and logistics between buyers, sellers, and transport providers.
3.Eligibility
To use TinDrop you must be 18 years or older, provide accurate personal information, and have the legal authority to buy, sell, or ship the vehicle listed.
4.User Accounts
Users may be required to create an account and must maintain accurate information and secure login credentials. TinDrop may suspend accounts involved in fraudulent or illegal activity.
5.Vehicle Listings
Sellers must ensure that vehicle listings are accurate and that they legally own the vehicle or have authorization to sell it. Vehicles listed must not be stolen or illegally obtained.
6.Buying Vehicles
Buyers should review vehicle listings carefully and conduct inspections where necessary. TinDrop is not responsible for disputes regarding vehicle condition or authenticity.
7.Shipping and Delivery
TinDrop allows users to arrange vehicle transportation. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to distance, weather, and logistics availability.
8.Payments
Users may be required to pay vehicle purchase costs, shipping fees, service fees, and applicable taxes before transactions are finalized.
9.Cancellations and Refunds
Orders may be cancelled depending on the stage of the transaction. Refund eligibility may vary based on seller policies and shipping progress.
10.Prohibited Activities
Users may not list stolen vehicles, provide false information, manipulate listings, or use the platform for fraudulent purposes.
11.Limitation of Liability
TinDrop acts as a facilitating platform and is not responsible for vehicle condition discrepancies, fraudulent users, or shipping delays or damages.
12.Intellectual Property
All branding, software, logos, and content associated with TinDrop belong to the platform and may not be used without permission.
13.Termination
TinDrop reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
14.Updates to Terms
TinDrop may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
